Demands and Needs Statement

This travel insurance policy will suit the Demands and Needs of an individual, or group (where applicable) who have no excluded pre-existing medical conditions, are travelling to countries included within the policy terms and who wish to insure themselves against the financial impact of specified unforeseen circumstances/events relating to or occurring during the trip. Subject to policy exclusions, terms, conditions and maximum specified claim limits; full details of which may be found in your policy booklet. If you do not have one of these please ask for a copy to aid you in making your own informed buying decision.

IMPORTANT - You may already possess alternative insurance(s) for some or all of the features and benefits provided by this product; it is your responsibility to investigate this. We will not provide you with advice about the suitability of this product for your individual needs; we will however be happy to provide you with factual information to aid you in making your own informed buying decision.

Cairngorm Ski Services Limited trading as Cairngorm Travel is an Appointed Representative of ITC Compliance Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (their registration number is 313486) and which is permitted to advise on and arrange general insurance contracts.

Insurance Costs

In order to travel with Cairngorm Travel we strongly recommend you take out travel insurance, which can be purchased from us. Should you wish to provide your own insurance you are able to however please provide us with evidence of cover. In the unlikely event of cancellation or date change to your holiday by the Company, Cairngorm Travel will only be held responsible for insurance supplied by the Cairngorm Travel.

You must provide us with the name, address, policy number and medical repatriation number relating to such a policy 21 days prior to the day of departure. If you fail to do so the Company reserve the right to cancel your holiday without refund at no cost to the Company.

Cairngorm Travel’s Insurance is based on the following:-

Holidays within the UK are £22.00 pp.
Holidays in Europe that are 7 days or less and the passenger is under 65 - £45.00pp.
Holidays in Europe that are 7 days or less and the passenger is over 65 - £55.00pp.
Holidays in Europe that are more than 7 days and the passenger is under 65 - £60.00pp.
Holidays in Europe that are more than 7 days and the passenger is over 65 - £80.00pp.

All prices include Insurance Premium Tax (IPT)

(If insurance is required payment must be forwarded in full when booking)
